Hello and welcome,

The ultrasound report is normal. It is not uncommon to have few small cysts in the ovaries. They do not cause pain. Minimal free fluid is also a normal finding.

If you are being investigated for pain then it is important to rule out a pregnancy first [ it may be an ectopic pregnancy in ovary], urinary tract infections as well as issues with intestine, infections of uterine tubes, muscle pain or bone pain are all reasons for groin pain. So please get a urine examination, pelvic examination [ per speculum examination] as well as x ray pelvis done to evaluate the cause.

Common cause are urine infections that can be easily controlled with antibiotics. So please do not worry.

Hope this satisfies your query.
