What Does Foul Onion Urine Smell And Pain In Abdomen Indicate?
Hi
I have an extremely foul onion smell when i urinate. I also have pain in my abdomen and upper left side under my ribs. I am married and havent slept with anyone other than him but I cant say that he has done the same. Could this be an STD or is it more likely a UTI. Ive also noticed that when I urinate it looks like pieces of tissue are coming out in my pee. Any thoughts as to what that could be? Ive had my kidney function test done and it came back ok. Please help! If this is an STD I need to know now!
I evaluated your query thoroughly. According to your narration, this is heavy urinary tract infection with possibility of calculus or other pathology (as renal or bladder mass) in the urinary system. Your case need extensive work-up with urine culture, serum creatinine, urea, complete blood counts, ESR, ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis; diagnostic cystoscopy, CT IVP in selected cases. Till then continue to drink plenty of liquids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
