the bituitary gland is of average size, yet a small rounded hypointense focal lesion is seen appears as hypo- enhancing nodule within the otherwise homogenously size is about 4mm growth hormone in blood is 11.8 can we adust it is surgery is a must? thanks in advance

Dear sir you seem to have GH secreting tumor in pituitary. yes surgery can be avoided medical management is possible. regards!
