What Does Fever With Mild Stomach And Back Pain Indicate?

Hi, I am 29 years old married man. I am an Indian living in Australia from the last 5 years. I am suffering with fever from the last 6 weeks. I have undergone a lot of blood examinations including QuantiFeron TB Gold test, Bone and Galium Scan, CT Scan and Lumber Puncture but doctors could not revealed any disease. My fever is between 99-102 F. I do feel little bit pinches in my different sides of stomach wall and sometimes on my middle back. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Hello,

You may be suffering from Pyrexia of unknown origin. It may again four types but most common cause for it in 60%cases not know but in 30% cases is tuberculosis is etiology.

Remaining 10%may be granulomatous disease, lymphomas and hay fever, auto immune disease to be evaluated. Use capsule Doxy twice a day for five days, tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
