enlarged uterus with diffuse coarsened myometrial echotexture-no sizable focal lesion noted-no distinct endometrial and myometrial echos noted-possible ill defined/ adenomyosis-needs correlation with HPE.
i have not childern yet..
please help.....

According to reports you are suffering from adenomyosis.It is causing enlargement of uterus with diffuse coarsening of myometrial echotexture .
Adenomyosis is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus(endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus ( myometrium).
