What Does Endometrial Thickness Of 24.4mm Suggest In Case Of Early Pregnancy?

Hi I am 35 yrs old just found out I am 4-5weeks pregnant. I was having pain on my left ovary so went A&E. They could not locate my pregnancy so I have to go through a series of blood tests. They mentioned my endometrial thickness as being 24.4mm and midline echo as being in tact, does this indicate what direction my pregnancy is going? I have had 3 previous miscarriages and so worries.

Hi, Thanks for writing..
It means inside of thge uterus has a thickness of 24.2mm but no gestational sac seen. Get a hcg done. For TVS hcg>1500IU, intrauterine sac can be seen. Repeat hcg after 48 hrs to see for doubling. If doubling present, it means healthy growing pregnancy and repeat USG after 2 weeks to see for GS, fetal pole. Get a thyroid and APLA screening as you had previous miscarriages.. Take aspirin after cardiac activity appears. Hope I have answered your query. Good day.
