What does endometrial fluid in the uterus mean?

I am 64 years old and have been having chronic stomach aches. My doctor did a ct scan and it showed an issue with my intestines ( which disappeared the next day when she sent me to a surgeon ) but it also showed quite a bit of endometrial fluid in my uterus. What could that mean?

Hello,

Endometrial fluid in the uterus can be blood or pus.

You need a proper gynecological examination of your private parts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
