What Does Early Intrauterine Pregnancy With A Tiny Gestational Sac Indicate?

I have had positive pregnancy tests, yesterday I had some pain and had blood work and ultra sounds at the hospital. The ultra sounds results state probably decidual reaction. 3 small hypoechoic foci in the fundal region measuring up to 5mm. The differential includes an early intrauterine pregnancy with a tiny gestational sac or small foci of hemorrhage related to pregnancy. Suggests correlation with serum hcg levels and short interval sonographic follow up. Please help me understand what this means. I m feeling worried about the situation.
