Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What does Distal esophagus thickening, mean? Is this something I should be concerned with since I still have pain in that area even though gall bladder removed due to stone. I also have a heart issue, valve, know it has to be replaced in a year or so, but they say the pain or discomfort actually should not be from that.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if there is not symptoms of upper GI tract then this is nothing to worry such appearance may be due to long standing hyperacidity but this could be managed with "Tab omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg " once in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
