What Does Discomfort, Pressure Sensation And Fullness In Rectum Mean?
I have had an uncomfortable pressure fullness by rectum. I am not constipated and do not have diarrhea. I feel like I have a ballon in rectum. I have had digital exam and another with a plastic device inserted in rectum. Sitting makes this worse. What is going on it gets worse as the day progresses.

This is called tenesmus and may be sign of few disorders. most commonly this is caused by hemorrhoids, polyps, fisures or fistulas and you should do rectoscopy and proctological examination to rule these out. Some more serious conditions are less common but should be cinsidered if bleeding occur. Wish you good health. Regards
