What Does Discoloration Around The Scrotum Indicate?

I have dark discoloration in the area of my scrotum and it is reddish such as a rash in the area above the scrotum. There is some itchiness in this area. I first noticed it a day ago, after getting an injection for my shoulder which was painful and I also have been taking Etodolac 200 Mg twice a day to reduce inflammation of the shoulder. Do you have any idea what maybe occuring?

i think it might be a fungal infection get some topical agent like betamil gm wil help in curing it..use it for a month and maintain your personal hygeine
