What Does Decidual Tissues Endometrial Tissue Compatible With Gestational Endometrium Mean?
i am 29 years old and i have my D&C last june 9, 2011 and the result of my surgical pathology report was DECIDUAL TISSUES ENDOMETRIAL TISSUE COMPATIBLE WITH GESTATIONAL ENDOMETRIUM..What does this means? it also shows deciudal shelaths admixed with blood clots. Endometrial framents noted show hypersecretory pattern with Arias Stella reaction....Can you please explain this to me??

The interpretation of biopsy report is as follows:
The endometrial tissue shows presence of certain changes like secretory change, Arias Stella reaction and decidualization of the endometrial tissue.
These features are suggestive of gestational endometrium.
Gestational endometrium implies presence of pregnant uterus.
