What Does Crawling Sensation In The Left Shoulder Indicate?

In my left shoulder at my back there is feeling of movement and crawling feeling that cause me to itch the area and has turn dark due to itching. It happens at intervals , stop at times then start again. I try over the counter, there is no help. What is causing this?

So far as symptoms narrated here, there is possible fungal or viral infection of the isolated segment of the shoulder part.

I recommend an examination of the part with magnifying glass and get prescription of needed antibiotics, anti fungal tablets, steroids and other supportive care for curative approach.
