What Does Cough, Wheezing, Chills And Night Sweats Indicate? Suggest Medication

I woke up throwing up but then the next day my lungs or ribs feel so soar. Everytime I cough or sneeze or move a certain way I can feel it. I also have chills and night sweats. I feel a lil bit of wheezing in my chest. My head hurts and I feel dizzy. What could be wrong with me please? How can I get better??
