What Does Continuous Dry Cough With Blood In Saliva Indicate?

hi there ,
i am getting continuous dry cough , and i feel my throat is all the times having the cold in side , and one day i got blood in my spit , i am so scared about this issue , can you please give me advice about this , and also i got treatment for this problem in my country before one year , and now i am getting this problem again , i smoked weed for some months ,,, can you please explain to me . and also i am getting bleeding in my teeth muscles .

hello thanks for the queiry,, you are having a case of tonsillitis and after constant dry coughing resulting in petechiae ie blood in saliva,,also get a oral prophylaxis-scaling and polishing for bleeding gums ,,and avoid smoking weed--it has more harm than good,,consult a ent physician and oral physician for a check up and treatment,,hope it helps,,take care
