What Does Continued Bleeding Post Miscarriage While Having Bulky Uterus Mean?

I had a miscarriage and I m still bleeding but not heavily so I went for a scan. My scan result reads Sonogram noted mildly bulky uterus, anteverted, regular outline, coarsely echogenic, inhomogenous. Echogenic products of conception noted in the endomerital cavity. No viable cyesis, no myoma. OVARIES: normal with regular outline, no cysts or masses noted. Please explain to me what this means and the next step to take. Thanks.

Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic.
'Echogenic products of conception noted in the endomerital cavity' suggests that you have incomplete abortion and products of conception are still inside the cavity which is the reason for heavy bleeding.
you need to consult the gynecologist and you may require curettage.

Hope this information helps you.
Best wishes.
