What Does Clear Lung Fields Suggest On Chest X-ray?

My x-ray results shows the following

The lung fileds are clear. Trachea is in midline. Heart is not enlarged. Pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. Both memidiaphragms are depressed. Osseous thoracic gae reveals no significant bony abnormality

Pls advise
