What does chronic pain in the sternum indicate?

yes, ive have severe chronic pain in sternum area which it associates itself with the bloating, gassy pain im having on my left flank area. it feels like a gi blockage , also like i have a over abunance of air (gas) just floating around that specific area and i find if i do stretches, bends, popping of joints or ? i release a surge of air, either thru belchig, sneezing, gas or just a burs t of air out my lungs and through my mouth

Hello,

It is severe gastritis. It has resulted in dyspepsia and gas formation. Take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable, refrain taking alcohol and tobacco. Avoid spicy thing and food from outside. Take properly filtered. Take tablet omeprazole and Unienzyme. You have flu, which is self-limiting. Yoga and meditation can help you. You can take polycrol gel.
