What Does Chest Pain While Suffering From Hypertension Indicate?

46 year old male, pack a day, 15lbs over wieght and have high blood pressure. Family also has heart disese history . Am having chestbpain in left side,kinda tight but, if it was a heart condition wouldnt it be a more painful event? I guess my question is how much pain do i tolerate before going to doc/er? I have had it for last 2-3 days and am very tired.

u need to tell whether it radiates to shoulder....if its so....please get ua ecg done....
u should probably get your Bruce protocol....done.
