Hi I m 24 years old female last December i suffered from severe chest pain radiat to the left shoulder and i feel the food plugged on my chest so i went to emergency they made ecg for me and it was normal and as i was suffering from dyspnea they put me on oxygen After that the pain decrease little bit and the dr diagnoses was muscle cramps in the chest ,but the next day i wasnt balanced at all if i tried to stand or walk i feel like the back of my head is heavy and i go backward this feeling last for 4-5 days .. one months later i suffered from the same attack but less in its severity and the pain was radiating under arm and in my chest during this period i feel pain in my chest it seems like pain in the muscle of my heart or something in that way .. the attack now isn t sever as before and the incidence of the chest pain happens in stress days and depression but i always feels fatigue and weak i can t perform exercises as before
