Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Rheumatologist] and do CBC with differential and an MRI scan.

2) Do take OTC painkiller [Ibuprofen] and consult with your physiotherapist for specific exercise plan like [Stretching exercises] and [Nerve stimulation].

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:

1) Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting. Ice also might be helpful.

2) Take rest and try to avoid activities that make your pain worse.

3) Try to avoid physical strain like coughing, heavy lifting, and strenuous exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
