General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
welcome to hcm
Sir, the bronchovascular marking arent really suggestive of a disease, and is usually normal. But without looking at your Xray film I cant tell you affirmatively thats its nothing or normal. Since you have a trauma injury, it can be injury to the soft tissue injury which is why its aching, I recommend you to take some analgesics ( tab. ibuprofen 200mg BD) and you should go to a allopathic doctor or post your Xray film here with description of location or site of pain, and the type of pain. So that we can help you to most of our extent.
Take care
