Welcome to health care magic.

.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes or excessive weight bearing - when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
.There is a bulge noted in your scan at the level of T7-8 which is causing mass effect on the spinal chord.
.There is disc disease with loss of hydration and peripheral bulge at the level of T9-10 vertebrae.
.No this is not very serious - the treatment in this case is back exercises followed by physiotherapy.
.In rare cases when the exercises and physiotherapy does not work an operative / interventional procedure is required.
.Please follow the link for exercises -
