What does burning sensation under the foreskin indicate?

Hi I am 20 years old and I never had sexual intercourese.But since last two days I have burning sensation under my foreskin of penis and there is yellowish green discharge when I retract my foreskin.So why this is happening?Please help .Is it so serious?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be due to any infection to that part. Yellowish green indicated could be pseudomonas aerogenosa or staphylococcus infection.

It's not a serious condition but you need to take oral antibiotics to treat the infection. Amoxicillin clavulanic combination drugs would be better under Augmentin brand name.

It has to be taken for 5 to 7 days full course. Try to maintain personal hygiene and wash penis often after every urination.
