I ve been struggling for almost two years with buring in my urination and unwanted warmth near anus .. I ve been tested for every STD and has come back negative but I haven t had my prostate examined . I m only 19 and I ve noticed that my erections aren t what they used to be . They re rather soft than usual

Hello,

I will suggest you, to do routine Urine Examination, complete hemogram, urine culture sensitivity testing after physician consultation.

Till that time, you can take syrup. NEERI or syrup Cital and tablet Zanocin F after physician consultation. There is no relation of penile softness with burning micturition.
