Hello,

Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis report of yours suggested BULKY UTERUS, and thickened myometrium. Here are few conditions which can be diagnosed in your case:
1) Multiple fibroids
2) Adenomyosis
3) Endometrial cancer
4) Metastasis to uterus
5) Uterine lymphoma

In your case, among these, the most acceptable diagnosis in my opinion is, multiple uterine fibroid. Your concern is whether this condition favors pregnancy or not? Yes, in my opinion pregnancy is possible in your case but can be associated with complications too as there are multiple fibroids. In actual sense,SOLITARY FIBROID would have NO PROBLEM with pregnancy but multiple fibroid do affect pregnancy.

Here are few possible complications can be noticed with multiple fibroids:
1) Abnormal placental site for implantation
2)increase in fibroid growth
3) Breech presentation
4) Preterm delivery
5) Poor contraction
6) post partum hemorrhage

These are the few complications which can be noticed in a women with multiple fibroids. In your case, fundal part of uterus which is the most common site for placental attachment, occupied by fibroid. Thus, there might arise a problem. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis shows there are subserous, interstitial and submucosal fibroids present. Fundal and cervical fibroids can hinder one's pregnancy.

Here are FEW TIPS to be followed to get more chances of being pregnant in this condition:
1) Growing fetus may press upon fibroids and can cause pain for which pain killers can be taken
2) Avoid high blood pressure
3) Manage stress by doing yoga and meditation
4) Surgery is the treatment option but difficult to manage multiple fibroids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
