What Does Bulky Uterus Mean And How Does It Effect A 47years Old Woman?

hello doctor i am kalpana, my mom is continuosly troubling for mensus problem is bleeding overise, for this she take some prescription after consulting doctor, but it did not stopped. again, we consulting doctor she told to take a scan, after taking scan that report shows that it was a bulky uterus. my mom age is now 47. so, my question is what is meant by bulky uterus? and what can do for to stop this effects?, whether it should do any operation or it can cure to take medicines? please explain me it detaily. I am so fear of this condition. please help me

Some of the causes are fibroids, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, cancer, etc. Further testing needs to be done to identify the exact cause in her case and treat. Most of these conditions require surgical management but then, we need to know exactly what we are dealing with before considering the various treatment options. It would be best to consult with an ONGYN on this.
