What Does Bulky Left Adnexa, Bulge From Uterus Mean?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my reports say the left adnexa however appears slightly bulky and there is a focal right posterior bulge from uterus probably representing fibroids whats that mean ?is its going to trouble me for pregnancy or and any other thing

Hello

Ultrasound of uterus suggests slightly bulky left adnexa.It may be due to many reasons like infection,inflammation etc.You may need further investigations after clinical evaluation.
There is also possibility of fibroids in the uterus.
It is a benign tumour and it may cause problem in pregnancy.
It can be treated conservative or surgical depending upon many things like age,completion of family etc.You should consult your gynecologist.
