What Does Bulging Disc S Between C3-C4 And C5-C6 From MRI Indicate?

hello … i had normal EMG today (painful!!!) and a MRI with 2 bulging disc s between C3-C4 and C5 - C6. Symptoms of numbness, tingles, shocks though arms, feet felt like stepping on fire crackers and got very hot at night … started taking lyrics and my symptoms were relieved - except for the weakness, fumbling things and dropping things, and walking into rooms frequently not knowing why or for what - some cognitive concerns … i am only 30 years old and this is scary … any advice or thoughts??? Lyme, RA, tests done and negative as well …

It looks to me that you are having symptoms of cervical spondylitis. i would suggest you to take following steps.
1.Avoid using very high pillow or a very soft mattress
2. Take tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daiy
3.Apply hot water fomentation and Diclofenec ointment at neck
4.Visit a physiotherapist and start neck muscle strengthening exercises
5.Myoril or Myospaz are muscle relaxant if pain and tightness is very severe
