What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?
My period ended a few days ago and I had sex on the last day. I am on the pill and have never missed a day. Today though, I had a very thick glob of brown jelly-like discharge that I have never experienced before. I’ve also been cramping a bit and am gassy. Should I be worried?

If you are on a regular pill then the chances for pregnancy are low. I think your symptom is due to any ovary cyst "explode". Sometimes a cyst may give this kind of discomfort with discharge so in my opinion to be sure you should see your gynecologist.
