What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I was confirmed positive about 2 weeks ago and my last menstruation was September, but today, my scan result shows am having a missed pregnant so I went to see a doctor and she prescribed primolut depot for me, hope I won loose my pregnancy because I m seeing a brown to blood discharge
