What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I had protected sex with my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago. We checked the condom by filling it up with water and there were no holes. The day after I experienced brown discharge for about 3 days. I am late for my period and kinda worried. However I m always irregular. Could I be pregnant?

first do a pregnancy test in home but using pregnancy kit,if test is negative,then do CBC for hemoglobin percentage.and ultrasound abdomen, TFT.
