What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hi I have a question , I am in the middle oF my cycle and I am having a kinda slimy brownish discharge and also very sleepy and having dizziness and feeling like I am going to vomit and slight back cramps and I have a cycle that is very on course , what could it be ?

I can understand your concern.
Your all symptoms including brownish vaginal discharge are suggestive of hormonal imbalance.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination, hormone levels and microscopic examination of discharge (to rule out infection).
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
