Hi,
Your urine test results are significant and suggest a possibility of urinary tract infection. Pus cells are present and it signifies infection from bacteria.
You need to get a urine culture and sensitivity to identify the type of bacteria and also for treatment purpose.
Platelet count is nothing to worry, as it varies between various books. Upto 450x10(9) is normal.
ESR rate of 29 indicates mild inflammation somewhere and possibly due to urinary tract infection
For interpretation of p-ANCA, more details are necessary such as clinical symptoms and imaging studies. If more details are available I can help you regarding that.
Hope this helps.
Any further query, happy to help again.
