Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have not mentioned the site of aspiration cytology.
However, it appears to be aspiration cytology of breast mass.
The report shows presence of atypical or malignant cells.
Presence of malignant cells indicate presence of malignant lump in breast or breast cancer.
You need to consult a surgeon with report for further management.
The treatment of breast cancer is mastectomy or breast removal.
Addition of chemotherapy depends whether lymph node enlargement is present or not.
Breast surgery can be followed by breast implant for cosmetic purposes.

Thanks and take care
