Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have pneumonia and you are taking steroids, antibiotics and codeine.

You have blood in urine. It has no relation with your pneumonia or medicine. You may have urinary tract infection, some mass in kidney, ureter, bladder or kidney stones.

You should go for ultrasound abdomen and urine analysis. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
