Hi,
A blood glucose of 569 mg/dl is well above the upper limit for this test. Even a measurement of 180 mg/dl wouldn't be considered normal. High blood glucose levels can be the cause of the symptoms that you're describing. I would recommend to seek medical attention (preferably with an internal medicine specialist or endocrinologist) as soon as possible, to be started in the most appropriate treatment and avoid further complications.
