What Does Bleeding During Urination Indicate?

Good morning, i have noticed in the past when i have got up to go to the toilet that i had blood stains in my pants at the front.i went to see my doctor he asked me some questions and told me it was nothing to worry about. this morning i got up to go to the toilet and i had a fresh stain the size of a 10 pence piece in the front of my pants. I must stress that since i last visted my doctor i have had no further signs

thanks for your query..but if you give me your age,sex,marital status,and significant medical history,i can try pinpointing the issue.
frank blood staining during micturition,usually is due to small ulcers in the lower urinary tract,which usually heals spontaneously.in females,it can be from vagina(vaginal or cervical ulcers or from uterus)..and if the symptoms persist,you should consult a urolgist,for an endoscopy to get the correct diagnosis....
