Hello,

It is good to know that blood and urine test of your sister show normal report. Black vomit is not good. It may be indicative of dried blood that's been in the stomach a while. Medical conditions that may cause black vomit are bleeding in your gastrointestinal (GI) tract, which is serious. You are suggested to get your sister clinically examined by a GP, get all necessary investigations and imaging tests done to detect stomach ulcer, esophageal issues, liver problems, colon or colorectal cancer, tumor or malignancy, etc. She will be accordingly treated. Get her investigated and treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
