What Does Black Bowel Movement After Taking Bayer Indicate?

Hi,I’m 30 and taking high blood pressure medication. I took a small dose of Bayor 2 tablets the day before my endoscopy prosedure. The same night after me endoscopy I pooped black with coffee grinds. The next morning I Had black diareah with coffee grinds. I went to the doctor and he gave me an antibiotic shot called rosaphen. Then I took a oral antibiotic called ciprofloxacin 500mg. The next morning I pooped once again black with coffee grinds. Is this normal? Or should I hold of on the antibiotics?

Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptom usually appears due to bleeding from stomach or duodenum (due to ulcer mostly). Aspirin is a risk factor of such bleeding.
You should rather have gastroscopy done as soon as posdible.
