What Does Bilateral Hilar Prominence Mean In The Following X-ray Result?

As per my x ray report, Mild rotation Bilateral hilar prominence lung feild do not show any pleuro parenchymal lesion Diaphragmatic outline and angles are clear. cardiac sillhoutte is normal visualised bones and soft tissues appear normal.. I had cough for quite sometime. So I got this xray test conducted. I am a non smoker...what does bilateral hilar prominence tell???

Hi bilateral hilarious prominence means that the lymph nodes are slightly enlarged which can be due to some infections. Get yourself tested for tuberculosis. You can send your sputum for AFB testing.
