Fibroadenosis breast are painless, small benign lumps seen in women of your age. Fibroadenomas should be observed for a while to look for any changes and appearance of pain. Treatment may include monitoring to detect changes in the size or feel of the fibroadenoma, a biopsy to evaluate the lump, or surgery to remove it. Itherwise it is monitored by ultrasound at intervals.
