What Does Bilateral Fibroadenosis In Breast Ultrasound Suggest?

hi i am 30 years old, have been diagnosed with multiple myelome a year back but currently ok. its just that since last year April i have not seen my menstruation and i also did breast ultrasound and they found that there are subtle signs suggestive of biltarel fibroadenosis, so i just want to know what does it mean, i weigh 60 kg and my height is 1.6 m

Fibroadenosis breast are painless, small benign lumps seen in women of your age. Fibroadenomas should be observed for a while to look for any changes and appearance of pain. Treatment may include monitoring to detect changes in the size or feel of the fibroadenoma, a biopsy to evaluate the lump, or surgery to remove it. Itherwise it is monitored by ultrasound at intervals.
