What Does Below Results In MRI Indicate?
I had an MRI and it showed there is mucosal thickening in the frontal, sphenoid, bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses with small air-fluid levels in bilateral maxillary sinuses. It said there is deviation of the nasal septum towards the right. What does all this mean?

Your MRI result is suggestive of infection of the paranasal sinuses.It can well be treated with antibiotics like azithromycin and antihistaminics.If you have these problems for long,it may also need minor procedure like antral wash.
You also have deviated nasal septum.It is a very common condition among people,and usually causes no concern.But,if it causes recurent episodes of sinusitis,it may need surgery to correct the deviation.Your ENT consultant will decide whether you need any intervention or not.
