Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lower backache, chest congestion, cough, fever etc are mostly suggestive of viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) like flu infection. So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day. Take Paracetamol tablet twice daily. Usually viral infection improves after 4-5 days. So wait for 4-5 days. If not improving then consult doctor and get done blood reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
