good morning Doc. I'm rosemarie Nalogon, I just want to ask you something about my x-ray result. I'm curious about it. There finding is, follow up APICOLORDOTIC VIEW REVEALS PTB INFILTRATES, RIGHT UPPER LUNG. What does it mean Doc.Pls Help me to understand. thank you.

Your report suggests suspicious infiltrates in right upper lung.It may be sequel of past infection or active infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas because apical areas are covered by many bony structures like clavicle,ribs.
It is important to rule out infective etiology.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
