What Does Anteverted Uterus With Multiple Cysts In Ovaries Shown In US Mean?

result of my ultra sound is the uterus is anteverted deflected to Rt.measure 50mmx 37mmx 34mm with smooth outline and with a thinned out endometrial stripe 4.5mm
homogenous myom etrial echopattern seen cervix is closed measures 23mmx 19mm both ovaries are seen Rt24mmx 13mm with multiple subcapsular cysts uniform size and with echogenic struma left 23mmx 18 mm with immature follicies seen minimal cul de sac fluid seen. what does that mean thanks..

Thanks for your question on HCM. If the axis of uterus is deviated from normal it is known as uterine anomaly. They are mostly congenital. And cause no symptoms except infirtility. They are either anteverted or retroverted. This positional malalignment cause improper implantation of embryo and cause recrrent mis carriage. So if your primary problem is infirtility thsn this may be the cause of infirtility. Regarding cysts in ovary, I will advice you to consult gynecologist and rule out PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease).
