What Does Anisocytosis With Poikilocytosis And Microcytic Hypochromic Anemia Mean?

I get mild anisocytosis with poikilocytosis. microcytic hypochromic anemia In my blood report.I wanna know why is that so .and is it leading to any other major blood problem ?or any kind of spleen or bone marrow or leukemia type problem?please answer.

Anemia means low red cell mass , the Hb would have been low.

The term micocytic means the red cells are 'small' in size and hypochromic refers to the color- it means that they are pale.
This can occur in different types of anemia but most commonly iron deficiency anemia.
This means low levels of iron causing anemia

Poikilocytosis means abnormally shaped red blood cells and anisocytosis means that there are red blood cells of different sizes present.

None of these are necessarily indicators of any cancer including leukemia.

Your levels of iron may need to be tested.
