Hello doctor please help !! So three days ago I noticed a tiny red ring on my foreskin and it stared to get itchy I didn t pay much attention to it and noticed it got a little bigger and red around it ... I panked and poured liquid sanitizer on and all over penis and foreskin, it burned like crazy but next day my penis head was very wrinkled I believe because of the alcohol that was poured over it but my red ring turned to a dry sore and swollen ... every time pee touched it .. it burned and also I had sex with my wife when it was still small ... I m not circumcised and I didn t wash after ... so I believe I might of have spread infection... and so by the second day I got lymp nodes in groin area and swelling a little bigger that I have trouble pulling foreskin back ... sometimes white pus will come out of small sore or blister .. i went to doctor but he doesn t specialize in any std and he assumed cytilles or herpies ... I m 23 years old, I live in California, I m uncircumcised, all my life had sex with one partner my wife, she the same ... I m freaking out can it be penile cancer or bacterial ? Also I looked online and my bed has a lot of bed bugs and I remember waking up with itchy red spots close to my belly button so I m thinking if it traveled down there and bite me and I made infection worse by sex and touching it a lot with hands ?
