What Does An Infected Pimple On The Calf Indicate?

I have a pimple like thing on my right calf. I cut into it about a week ago...then today I looked down and it had a head. I popped it and alot of white puss came out like a zit. Thought I got it all but kept messing with it and continued to squeeze out a white something that was as long as my pinkie nail and it wasn t puss. Now the area around is turning black. Not to bad just curious. What is this?

what you have done is not correct.should have got examined by surgeon and if requered should have been incised and drained under aseptic condition. it might have been a cyst. any way now go for daily dressing with beta dine lotion.
