What Does Albumin In Urine On A Urinalysis Report Suggest?

during our company s annual physical exam, i am then experiencing and recovering from UTI symptoms. When the result came out, the albumin found in my urine is 4+. I have explained that to my doctor yet she said no traces of UTI found on the urine. My BP is 100/80 and have no diabetes. What could possbily go wrong? Is there any symptoms for diabetes?

Hello welcome to the health care magic

4 plus albumin is very high amount in urine.

If uti infection is resolved with antibiotic than urine albumin should be nil.

If urine albumin still persistently raised than nephropathy or nephrotic syndrome work up should be done with other kidney profile report.

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult nephrologist for examination and discuss your case
